Samsung S7230E Wave 723, bada powered phone on the show floor of IFA in Berlin.This is the new bada phone from Samsung. This is the fourth bada device from Samsung and going by the specs, it seems the phone will be priced lower than Wave but higher than Wave 2 and Wave 2 Pro.
